Resolved Defects List / Improvements

[Bugfix] HLS MBR was always enabled for HLS pull outputs
[Bugfix] In certain edge cases, modifying a currently running live stream could have resulted in a broken playback stop
[Bugfix] Returning from Breaking News to the rundown could have stopped playback, when the element returned to was the first element of the rundown
[Bugfix] An internal timeout could have permanently removed a local live stream listener making the source unavailable until the next restart
[Bugfix] Initialisation of external libraries could have not worked properly, especially with Google Drive and Dropbox
[Bugfix] A single aborted external library download could have caused the rest of the download queue to stall
[Bugfix] Unfinished external library items (downloading or in queue) could have been removed from the rundown, when they were copied to the clipboard and the UI would have been closed / reloaded

Known Issues and/or Limitations

MPEG-TS Muxing Overhead	Because of vbv-buffer compatibility the muxer overhead is set to 80%. This result of this is an overall increased bitrate of 80%, in regards to the configured video bitrate within LTN-Schedule transcoding settings. For example: 10MBit configured within the Schedule UI will result in 18MBit MPEG-TS muxed stream output on the actual MPEG-TS Output (SRT). RTMP and HLS Targets are not affected by that. LTN continues improving this component to reduce the overhead in upcoming updates. Update: From release v9.3.04 on, upon request, we can now provide different encoding settings that will reduce the muxer overhead to 20% while also flattening the video-bitrate. With the upcoming v9.4.01 release we are planning to make this the new default settings.
Deletion of rundown elements	Deleting more than 2000 assets in the rundown at once does not work.
Starting Playback during an ad-break issue	Starting Playback during an ad-break can cause the current video element to skip to the next one too early when the backup video is overall shorter than the ad-break itself.
Moving assets into folders in asset-library	When the designated folder is expanded, one can not drop items into this folder.
