Bugfixes
- [Bugfix] SCTE ad triggers with preroll would not have been executed properly when skipping to the next element
- [Bugfix] Ad triggers would not be properly shown in the HLS manifest files
- [Bugfix] Skipping out of a live element that was in active HOLD caused the next element to be repeated for one second after it was supposed to finish
- [Bugfix] Just deleting a value from the general settings could have caused the settings not to be stored and applied properly in some cases
