[Bugfix] Download status of external library items was not updated properly, when being copied while it was still downloading or in queue
[Bugfix] Having the backup livestream set to default could have caused an exception on playback
[Bugfix] Ad triggers with SCTE preroll were not properly executed on sub playlists and when skipping into an asset
[Bugfix] PGM fullscreen could have not worked under some network conditions
[Bugfix] Some initial loading requests of the UI were executed more often than necessary causing higher load times
[Bugfix] A concurrency exception could have caused multiple issues
[Bugfix] Effective output frame rate was 25 frames per second even though the frame rate set in the encoding settings was respected for the encoding
[Bugfix] Closed Captions embedded in the H.264 NAL units were scrambled when the input source was using more than 25 frames per second
[Bugfix] Stopping the second active output via API just showed the output disabled but did not turn the output off

[Changed] Newly created placeholders and templates are directly opened for editing
[Changed] When switching PGM to fullscreen, high resolution preview is being loaded new instead of trying to transition seamless to it (caused distortion in the video on transition)
[Changed] Adjusted playlist view to show all necessary columns when inspector is open

Known Issues and/or Limitations

Deletion of rundown elements	Deleting more than 2,000 assets in the rundown at once does not work.
Moving assets into folders in asset-library	When the designated folder is expanded, items cannot be dropped into this folder.
PGM Preview can show grey image when interlaced source files are used	It sometimes can happen, depending on several factors, that the PGM preview shows a grey image but the actual output is fine.
