Output scaling options

To use the output scaling in Schedule:

1. Use output scaling: Turn on the feature to use it.
2. Empty space for overlay : This area will be black.
3. Scaled back Schedule output: Draw the new schedule output. The aspect ratio is locked to 16:9.
4. Top left position: Set the top left position (in pixels) of the schedule output.   
5. Bottom right position: Set the bottom right position (in pixels) of the schedule output.

6. When enabled, the Schedule output is scaled back and the free space can be used with an external html overlay such as an L-frame.
