About: The Gap Alert feature notifies users about upcoming gaps in their playlist, helping them address potential interruptions in the schedule before they occur. This feature uses severity levels and color-coded alerts to indicate the urgency of the gap.
Overview
The Gap Alert feature provides users with timely notifications about upcoming gaps in a playlist, categorized into two severity levels: Orange Alerts (Attention) for gaps occurring within 24 hours (default value) and Red Alerts (Warning) for those happening within 3 hours (default value). Alerts display the remaining time until the gap and can be clicked to navigate to the gap in the playlist. Users can dismiss alerts, which will reappear upon re-login if the gap still exists. The gap element in the playlist changes color based on the severity level, turning orange for attention and red for warning. Alerts persist until manually cleared by the user.
