About: A playlist element can be put on hold. A held element will continue playing even after its configured end-time has passed. All other following elements will change their start- and end-time accordingly. Hold works for both Live and on-demand (file) elements.
If an on-demand (file) element is trimmed, looped or both together, the system will continue to play the loop until the hold status is released - see description below.

Hold elements
To put a playlist element in hold state click on the "Hold" button (1).
The element will be actively held once it is playing. A playing and held element can be identified by the crosshatched progress bar (2). All following elements will continuously adjust their start- and end-time.
Release elements
The hold flag element can be released by clicking the active "Hold" button (3) or using the skip button. If the element is un-hold, this affected that the element playback continues playing for 12 seconds before switching to the next element. The skip button would instantly switch to the next playlist element.
