Use live streams as general backup
To set a live stream as general backup for live streams open the general settings and go to the section Live stream backup. Switch on Use live stream as backup (1) and select a live stream from the dropdown (2). If the live stream you want to select as backup does not appear in the select dropdown make sure the live stream exists in your live stream library folder.
If the live stream is not available when it is supposed to be used as backup, the selected Backup video for live stream (3) will be used. If Use live stream as backup (1) is switched off it will take the Backup video for live stream as backup.
Use live stream as backup for a re-run
To set a live stream as backup for a re-run open the edit dialog of the re-run and go to the section "Backup video". Switch on "Use live stream as backup" (1) and select a live stream from the search (2).
Use live stream as backup for a gap
To set a live stream as backup for a gap open the edit dialog of the gap and go to the section "Backup video". Switch on "Use live stream as backup" (1) and select a live stream from the search (2).
