Activate asset expiration
To activate "Asset expiration" open the edit dialog of a video folder, turn on "Expire library assets" (1) and specify a "Lifetime (days)" (2). Lifetime is the number of days (since its first import to the Schedule instance) after which library elements that are not used in the playlist are deleted automatically.
Use name filter to specify asset deletion
If you want to delete only certain elements from the folder you can set up name filters that will then only delete those assets.
To use it, activate the feature"Asset name filter" (3) and enter your keyword into the "Asset name match field" (4). You can use an asterisk as a wildcard character.
If you want to use more than one filter you can add additional name matches by pressing "Add pattern" (5). Supported are up to 10 filters.
