First sign-in
Sign up
Signing up to use the Live Video Cloud is only possible via a personal invite from an existing team member. When invited, you will receive an email to the sign-up form. Simply fill in all required information. When done, you can immediately sign in and use Live Video Cloud based on your assigned role.
Sign in
Use www.livevideocloud.com to sign in to your team. Use your email address and password as credentials. If you just subscribed, we sent you your initial credentials to the email address you provided in your contract.
You already have an account but forgot your password? Below the sign-in form, you will find a link called “Forgot password?”. Enter your email address and follow the instructions.
Select team
After the sign-in, you are able to select the team you want to use if you are a member of multiple teams. If you are a member of just one team, you will be redirected directly to the Live Video Cloud interface.
First steps: Ingest, route, distribute
You successfully signed in and now want to start your first tests. This overview of relevant topics will help you get started.
1) Ingesting and receiving a live signal
- Start with configuring a new input.
- Assign the input to a production.
- Start the production.
- Ingest your first signal.
- Use the inputs view to screen your content.
- You can download a segment of the recording as well.
2) Routing a live signal
- Configure your first output.
- Assign the configured output to your production. If your subscription includes at least one multi-view engine, set animated signals for your inputs to 12.
- Ingest 3-5 different feeds simultaneously to the same input or to multiple inputs.
- Use the productions view to screen and route your content.
3) Distributing a live signal
- Add a destination to your output and connect it.
- Use the outputs view to monitor signal distribution.
- Check your destination and watch the received footage.
